Last year, CU princes of pop punk Horrible Things released their debut LP Dumb Days digitally and on limited edition cassette via local label Rat King Records. Described as a "darker" narrative by frontman and songwriter Tim Reynolds, Dumb Days is an album of short, fast, punchy anthems revolving around an incredibly relatable coming-of-age story. They're a bunch of cool, young folk rooted in Midwest punk, getting sweaty at shows, and occasionally eating pizza. In this installment of "The Weekly Mouthful," watch Horrible Things eat some cheesy slices of pie as they discuss Dumb Days, keeping up cardio, and more. Get some.
