Video: Olafur Arnalds - "Old Skin"

Everybody knows that Iceland is the hippest little country this side of the globe (though it's pretty close to the other side). With musical output from Bjork, Sigur Ros (and Jonsi), and Seabear, and a language I can't even begin to comprehend, Iceland might very well be the coolest place in the galaxy. That said, Icelandic composer Olafur Arnalds is releasing a new LP, and he just put out a video for album single "Old Skin."The video, which you can stream below, portrays an old lighthouse worker, his fascination with water, and his tendency to stare into water as it glows various colors. According to a press release, the song also features orchestral arrangements from Nico Muhly.For Now I Am Winter is out on April 2 via Mercury Classics.
