See you in January!
It's been one year and eight months, two websites, two benefit shows, one Indiegogo, dozens of meetings, hundreds of e-mails, and a whole lot more, but we're finally closer to our goal than we've ever been. Pizza FM will stream in 2013.In order to make that happen, we need to focus our efforts on making sure everything is in place to introduce Campus to Champaign-Urbana and Champaign-Urbana to the rest of the Galaxy. Some more things need to be bought, thank-you gifts need to be sent, DJs need to be scheduled, software needs to be installed, and networks need to be connected.This means that we'll be focusing less on our blog and more on securing the best thing to come out of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign since Jillian Clarke began work on scientifically disproving the "Five-second Rule."While we'll still update the calendar and continue to post occasionally during breaks between sweating and crying, for now it might be more beneficial to those looking for music- and local-centric information to check out the following (in addition to our local venues, newspapers, and record stores):
