A State of Dance - Comeback & Big Room Session

PizzaFM Blog PostHey all, it's been awhile. I got caught up a bit in homework for awhile, but I'm happy to say that I'm reworking my schedule and should have a little more breathing room the rest of the season! To makeup, I'll recap some tracks that made my headphones sing the past few weeks here :). They're more laidback tracks, perfect for kicking back on a beach or chilling with some friends. Without further ado, in no particular order:Opening up here with some drum & bass to chill out to after the weekend, as semester starting winding up again. Gotta keep that spring break fresh feeling inside you while you can, haha! This one is City Lights by Culture Shock. It's a fairly new release, and I love the vocal flow and atmosphere to the track. Keeps you locked and loaded, and just puts you in a good mood, whether you're doing some homework, doing some gaming, or just hanging out with some friends!https://soundcloud.com/culture-shock/culture-shock-city-lights-feat-bryn-christopherThe track that's truly infected my head has got to be Feels by Glenn Michaels though. It's a deep house track with some atmospheric elements (once again, atmosphere!), but the vocal line just kills me here. You hear a lot of tracks say vocal lines like "You make me feel so good", but I rarely hear it connect to the track in how the track feels. That's what makes this one so special to me, hope y'all do as well!https://soundcloud.com/glennmichaels/feelsLastly, if this track hasn't infected your ears yet, this should definitely be on your vocal mix playlist! Kerli sung out some wonderful emotions with her collaboration with SNBRN and the melody has been ringing in my head for days every time I hear it. It's a progressive house track, but more of a low-key, mellow kind of track you can just groove to :)https://soundcloud.com/nickraymondg/snbrn-raindrops-feat-kerli-premiere Finally, for the upcoming 3/30/15 show, well, Ultra has come and gone. The livesets are going up on the tubes, and the fallout is just beginning. In recognition of that, we're going to continue the rage tomorrow with a big room house session! Stay tuned for epicness, we'll be up 8PM-9PM tomorrow! I won't be uploading a preview list because this post is already a bit loaded, heh, but go check out some Ultra sets online, some Hardwell, Tiesto, etc. your usual big room headliners if you want to get a feel. Also, even though we were offline this week, I managed to record a session to put up on the web! It's a housey kind of mix, and should keep you groovin for the hour while we're gone. Sorry I'm putting this up a bit late on the blag-o-blog, I stuck it up on my Facebook page and I dropped the ball a bit with y'all on the blog. Hit the mixcloud link below up for some tunes though :)https://www.mixcloud.com/Xender_Man/pizzafm-3-25-15/--ALYXX
