This year, though, the hip-hop scene is starting off strong after a Hip-Hop Congress showcase a few weeks back, an upcoming concert at The Velvet Elvis, and tonight's show at The Red Herring, featuring Fake Four Inc. founder Ceschi Ramos, Louis Logic, and local artist RobKilla.Mad beatz, rhymes, and spit all over the microphone.
