Mason Jar Music & Friends, a Brooklyn-based collective, exercises their motto by "preserving analog principles in a digital age". The band pumps tunes out of their home-studio-headquarters where most members live and work. Last year on Memorial Day, the band released a six-track EP to celebrate some of the greatest American folk songs of the past two centuries titled, Decoration Day. This past Memorial Day, the band released Decoration Day, Volume Two, a tribute paid to 1960's-era soul. Making a splash on the album is Mason Jar Music & Friends' cover of "Don't Let Me Down", a passionate Beatles classic.Listen to "Don't Let Me Down" here and go ahead and stream the rest of the album while you're at it!And if you haven't stumbled upon this father-son cover of "Don't Let Me Down" yet, go ahead and prepare for the cuteness that is about to flood your ear canals.[embed]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8cYCubol7a0[/embed]
